Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the ForisHQ platform. By creating an account or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ForisHQ services ("Services") you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our Services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice provided via email or platform notification.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using ForisHQ, you represent that you are of legal age and that your use of the Services does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. ForisHQ reserves the right to terminate accounts that provide false information.

4. Affiliate Program Rules

Affiliates agree to promote offers only through approved traffic sources, not use misleading, deceptive, or illegal advertising methods, not engage in click fraud, incentivized traffic (unless permitted), or cookie stuffing, comply with all applicable advertising laws and regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM, and respect all offer-specific terms and geo restrictions.

5. Payments & Commissions

Commission rates and payment terms are as stated in the affiliate dashboard. ForisHQ reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions for fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant payment period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the ForisHQ platform, including logos, software, and marketing materials, is owned by ForisHQ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate agreement at any time. ForisHQ may immediately terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms. Upon termination, earned commissions that have passed the hold period will be paid out per standard payment terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

ForisHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the commissions earned in the 30 days prior to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ForisHQ operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
